Refund policy

Visual Beat is committed to providing you with an excellent portable monitor experience. We understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be needed. Here is our policy:

1. Return Window: Within 30 days from the date you receive the product (based on delivery confirmation).

2. Scope:

   - Non-quality returns: Product must be unused, in original packaging, without scratches/stains. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

   - Quality issues (dead pixels, backlight bleeding, failure to power on, etc.): Free replacement or full refund, and we cover return shipping (for both Hong Kong and Mainland China).

3. Non-returnable Items: Opened/used products, custom-made items, items damaged due to customer misuse.

4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (undamaged), refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method (original shipping fees may be deducted if applicable).

5. How to Initiate: Contact our support team (email/live chat) with your order number and photos/videos. We will review within 1-2 business days.
